The MALIK Fraternity Incorporated From its inception, Malik Fraternity, Inc. has been committed to serving and empowering underserved communities in its every endeavor. Our mission is guided by the following principles:

Brotherhood – To cultivate friendships, encourage Manhood, Achievement, Leadership, Integrity and build Knowledge amongst the fraternity membership and the larger community.

Leadership – To provide purposeful and deliberate leadership training and development programs for the express purpose of MALIK members assuming leadership roles in the organization and community at large. Additionally, the MALIK National leadership will continually seek to provide leadership opportunities, demand social, academic and intellectual integrity and promote values that help towards the building of character and community development.

Service – To educate, support, and uplift the people of the African diaspora within the local, national and international community. Through its progressive community programs, Malik seeks to empower underserved communities by providing cultural education, stimulating civic responsibility, promoting self-reliance, wealth generation, and economic independence. MALIK insists that every member of the fraternity dedicate themselves to uplifting society in general, with particular emphasis on the underserved African-American and Latino communities.
